Modules 12A and 12B – Face-to-face

Date: 19th September 2021 Between: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: Leominster Scout HQ

A face-to-face training course covering:

  • Delivering a Quality Programme (Module 12A) – (morning) essential learning for all Section delivery and supporting roles.  This module explores key elements of the programme for all sections, badges and awards, ensuring young people are part of planning the programme, using and supporting Young Leaders, and reviewing and learning from your programme.
  • Programme planning (Module 12B) – (afternoon) an opportunity to put theory into practice, exploring ways of generating programme ideas, and develop these into quality programmes, including how to ensure progression through the sections.  A great one to attend with others in your team, as you come away with a ready-to-use programme plan for a term.

This course will be held at Leominster Scout HQ in South Marches District but is open to all in the County.

To book on to this course, please contact our County Training Administrator mark.strain@scoutshw.org.uk stating which course you are signing up for, your name, membership number, role (Section, Group and District) and your email address.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
