A Scouts Hereford and Worcester workshop for all Group Scout Leaders, District Explorer Scout Commissioners and District Commissioners exploring Group, Section and District Development.
- How does your Group / Section / District fit into the Scout Association’s Vision for Scouting?
- What is your own vision for what your Group / Section / District will look like in 5 years time?
- What are the challenges you may meet on the way?
- What are the steps you can take to achieve the vision?
- How do you get your trustees, section leaders and other members of your team involved in developing your Group/Section/District?
In this workshop we will explore all these questions, share good practice and support you to come up with a plan of action to take away and use.
