Leaders’ Hillwalking Day – Offa’s Dyke

Date: 26th February 2023 Location: Offa's Dyke

The Leaders’ hillwalking days are for anyone who likes their walking and enjoys a pleasant day out with like-minded people.

Walks are typically 6 to 8 miles and are led by experienced hillwalking permit holders.

We visit a variety of great locations, usually within a couple of hours’ drive for those living in the Hereford & Worcester County area.

Experienced permit holders will be happy to share their knowledge during this trip. You’ll be able to improve your navigation skills or prepare for a permit – or just enjoy the hike.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
