We would like to thank everyone for their continued support of our County Campsite. We can’t wait to be back open! In the meantime we are working to improve our onsite activities and site as a whole. Due to the loss of income over the last twelve months, a huge part of this is fundraising. To help support us further please click below for more details. Thank you.

Kinver Scout Camp consists of 23 acres of woodland with glades and open areas forming individual camping sites.

The 11 camp sites are complemented by the Chief’s Lodge, Jim Jukes Cabin, Harcourt Webb Cabin, Kinver Scout HQ, Albert All and Simmons Cabins for those requiring indoor accommodation.

The site is served by a fire shelter, shop, laundry and large toilet/shower facility.

This site is open all year to members of the Scout Association and all other recognised youth organisations and Associations. Other associations/groups need to contact the Operations Manager to discuss their requirements before booking.

This is not a public camp site and therefore we cannot take bookings from individual members for the public or the use of the facilities unless they require the whole site for a private event.

Activities

The site has an air rifle range, activity tower (climbing, abseiling and zip wire), archery & crossbow range, crate stacking, small orienteering course, arrows archery kit, Bat detectors, grass sledges, a covered campfire circle and a stock of  pioneering poles with ropes. These are all available for use by our campers and day visitors.

Bookings

For all enquiries/bookings please telephone 07736 378965. This number is available 7 days a week, if prompted leave a message and we will call you back.

Nature and the outdoors are languages that can be learned. Once you identify a beech tree, tie a clove hitch or cook a simple meal over a fire that you’ve built yourself, you’ll never forget it.'
