Scouts Hereford and Worcester supports volunteers to simplify administration by providing Online Scout Manager (OSM) at Gold Level for all Units and Groups. |

Accessing OSMInput the discount code below into your account settings. If you do not yet have OSM please visit www.onlinescoutmanager.co.uk for information. To register your group and/or section(s) please visit https://www.onlinescoutmanager.co.uk/register.php You will be able to sign up to the Silver level for up to 6 months for free and test the system. Then, you can use the discount code to upgrade Gold membership. What details can County and Districts see in my OSM Account?Districts and County cannot see any young person’s data on your OSM account unless they are specifically added as a leader to that Section or Group Account. However, Districts and County will be provided with a statistical dashboard showing certain statistics, from the number of badges completed to number of events being run. TrainingIf you would like training on OSM features and use there are lots of tutorials in the programme online. These can be found by clicking on “Help” in the top right hand corner. |

Accessing your Package
1) The code works across all your Group’s Sections or all Units in a District. If you a leader enquiring about your own section please ensure you inform other leaders and your GSL/DESC of the code
2) Please use the code for all the Sections or Units in your Group or District
3) The code will auto-renew each year until further notice
If you have already paid for your OSM subscription, neither the County nor OSM offers a refund on the items you have already purchased. The code will apply to your next renewal. Please apply the code now so it can auto-renew when your current subscription expires.
