Online Training – Running Safe Activities (17)

This module aims to enable adults to plan and run exciting, safe and developmental activities for the young people in their section.

Topics covered:

  • Importance of activities in a Balanced Programme
  • Planning and carrying out activities
  • Permits
  • Risk assessment
  • Leader in charge

THIS COURSE IS NOW CLOSED FOR BOOKINGS

The course will be on Zoom from 7.30 – 9.30pm and you will be sent zoom log-on details a few days before the course.

You do not need to wear Scout uniform.  This will be an interactive course, so please be prepared to contribute with camera on where possible and background noise to a minimum.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
