Robert SidleyCounty Commissioner
Locally known as Sid, his role is to lead the Scouting in the County. Previously, Sid has been mainly involved with the 5th Worcester Sea Scouts and throughly enjoys all elements to Scouting.
Harry Bantham-JonesCounty Youth Commissioner
Jamie SandisonCounty Chair
Jamie leads the the executive committee and trustees of the County. Working collaboratively with the County Commissioner to develop and support the strategic vision of Scouting UK and our local County policies and provision.
Lynn LeeCounty Administrator
Lynn professionally provides administrative support for a number of elements in the County namely:
- Governance Reporting
- MAPS Reporting
- Kinver Administrative Support
- Awards Delivery Administration
- Minutes of AGM and County Meetings
- Contact Point for the County
Jo TurnbullCounty Secretary
Jo is the hub of the executive committee dealing with all correspondence, keeping the County Commissioner in line and supports the trustees to develop and support the strategic vision of Scouting UK and our local County policies and provision.
Ian NewmanCounty Treasurer
Ian has been on the County of executive committee for a number of years providing key support to number of functions including our Kinver Campsite. Ian is responsible for all matters relating to money, property and insurance.
Alan LaneTrustee and County Appointments Chair
Alan has been involved in scouting since a child and sits on the executive committee as a member. Alan supports the trustees to develop and the strategic vision of Scouting UK, including our local County policies and provision. Alan is also Chair of the appointments committee which ensures the safe appointments of County volunteers.
Nicola HedleyTrustee and Deputy County Youth Commissioner
Rob is an independent trustee to the executive committee and enjoys no connections to scouting to enable a different view. Rob supports the trustees to develop the strategic vision of Scouting UK, including our local County policies and provision.

Val LeddingtonSafeguarding Advisor
Val champions safeguarding within the County and supports provision to ensure members are up to date and aware.
John DayAssistant County Commissioner - Executive Support
John has been in Scouting for over 40 years holding numerous roles. John know advises executive committees on training and governanace support.
Ann ClarkAssictant County Commissioner - International
Ann offers support on all elements programme and advises and processes the administrative side of International trips. Ann is also the chair person for Operation Bald Eagle – a very popular County Scout challenge camp.
Robert WilliamsDeputy County Commissioner - 14+
Robert manages the programme within the County for the 14+. Within his portfolio of Scouting he leads Explorers, Young Leaders, D of E Network and Top Awards. Robert is supported by Matt Fox (Assistant County Commissioner Network), Martin Bradley (Assistant County Commissioner Young Leaders), Bob James (D of E Advisor) and Ali Shaw (D of E Advisor).
Rob WilliamsDeputy County Commissioner - Kinver
Rob manages the Kinver Camp site within our county assets. Currently, Rob is also the Warden at Kinver.
John ClarkDeputy County Commissioner - Activities
John is responsible for all things activities in the County.
Matt FoxAssistant County Commissioner - Network
Matt holds a few other Scouting roles and injects Scouting knowledge to support the executive to develop the strategic vision of Scouting UK, including our local County policies and provision.
Martin BradleyAssistant County Commissioner - Explorers
Martin looks after all things to do with Young Leaders in the County.
John StribblehillActivate Scout Active Support Manager
John is the County’s SASu manager who specialises in adult training for adventurous permits and along the way delivers a number of activities for the various sections. John is supported by a number of County activity assessors all who are dedicated and highly experienced
