NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the County Scout Council for Scouts Hereford and Worcester will take place on Saturday 21st September, 12.30-1.30pm at Worcestershire County Cricket Club.
Jamie, our County Chair is pleased to invite all members to join the meeting. Every adult member holding a County appointment will be eligible to vote or show approval.
This year’s AGM will be run according to the updated POR (June 2024) reflecting the changes of transformation.

The AGM will be run over lunchtime and will include a working lunch for those who register in advance and BEFORE Saturday 7th September. Please notify us of your attendance and any specific dietary requirements HERE.
