County Day 2024 – Lead Volunteers and Chairs
We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming Lead Volunteer and Trustees Conference as part of the County Day, which will take place on Saturday, 21st September 2024 at Worcester Cricket Club. The conference will begin promptly at 9:00 am and conclude at 12:30 pm.
This event is a crucial opportunity for us to update you on the various changes and approaches the County is implementing. Your input and thoughts are invaluable as we navigate these transformations. Key topics to be discussed include:
- Transformation Update
- Post Prevent Future Death Notice – Updates and the 92 Actions Regarding:
o Adventurous Activities
o Nights Away
o International Visits Abroad
o Safety and Risk Management
Of particular note, post-conference we are also hosting:
- County AGM from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, accompanied by a working lunch. You are invited to stay and join. Details of the AGM will follow in due course.
- Nights Away Permit Holder Workshop from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (please refer to the additional email for further details).
We strongly encourage as many of you as possible to attend this important event, as your participation is essential to the success of our initiatives and the future direction of our County.
