Young Leader Training 2024

We are back for 2024!

Training Camp 1 – April 2024

  • Date: 26th to 28th April 2024
  • Venue: Rhydd Covert Scout Campsite
  • Modules: G, H, I and J (Module A will be run if there are new Young Leaders who request it)

The first of this year’s training camps, allowing Young Leaders to complete different modules and giving them a chance to meet each other and share ideas across the County.

The camp is open to any Young Leader in our County, even if they have completed the modules before.

Young Leaders with previous experience are invited to help with the programme as part of their Top Awards.

The second of our yearly training camps, allowing Young Leaders to complete different modules and giving them a chance to meet each other and share ideas across the County.

As before, the camp is open to any Young Leader in our County, even if they have completed the modules before.

As always, the camp is open to any Young Leader in our County, even if they have completed the module before.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
