Depending on the time of year your visit is, the Kinver Maize Maze is a few minutes walk from the campsite.

 

Canoe hire | River Severn | Bridgnorth (riverseverncanoes.co.uk)

This company can offer instructor led kayaking on the canal in Kinver, about 10 minute walk away, for up to 24 people. You would need to contact them directly to book an instructor led session.

 

Kinver Edge & the Rock Houses | Staffs | National Trust

The Rock Houses are a 10/15 minute walk away.

 

If you have transport available for your group during your stay, other fairly local attractions are:

  • West Midlands Safari Park – 20 minute drive
  • Severn Valley Railway – Bewdley or Kidderminster station 20 minute drive,  Bridgenorth 25 minute drive
  • Black Country Living Museum – 30 minute drive
  • Dudley Zoo and Castle – 30 minute drive
  • Drayton Manor Theme Park – 1 hour drive

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
