Scouts can attend as day visitors if that better suits the needs of the individual; the cost remains the same.

Payment & Booking Deadlines
- A £50 deposit (non-refundable) is to be paid per Troop Booking at the time of booking via Card payment only
- Balance is due by 24th May 2025 based on the final numbers payment via card or bank transfer only
- All participant’s details to provided by 24th May 2025 using provided method
- You can amend your booking by 1st May 2025 at which point final invoices will be issued
- Bookings close on 2nd April 2025
