We’re excited to celebrate the amazing achievements of our young people at Scouts Hereford & Worcester’s Awards Day!
📅 Date: Saturday 8th November 2025
📍 Venue: Bank House Hotel, Bransford, WR6 5JD
This event is free to attend and open to:
- Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs – Top Awards achieved in the last 12 months
- Scouts, Explorers (including Young Leaders) & Network – Top Awards achieved in the last 18 months
🕒 Session Times
🌟 Squirrels, Beavers & Cubs
- Awards Celebrated:
- Chief Scout Acorn Award
- Chief Scout Bronze Award
- Chief Scout Silver Award
- Time: 11:15 – 13:00 (doors open at 11:00)
- Details: Fun, games, and a celebratory cake!
- Important: A parent/guardian must stay with their young person during the session. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate one adult per young person.
🌟 Scouts, Explorers & Network
- Awards Celebrated:
- Chief Scout Gold, Platinum & Diamond Awards
- King’s Scout Award
- Young Leader Belt
- Explorer Belt
- Scouts of the World Award
- All Duke of Edinburgh Awards
- Time: 14:15 – 16:30 (doors open at 14:00)
- Details: Each young person can bring one adult guest to join the celebration.
ℹ️ Important Information
- ✅ No cost to attend.
- 🎖️ Every participant will receive a commemorative medal or trophy and certificate.
- 👕 Full uniform to be worn.
- 📌 You must attend the session for the award you are receiving
(e.g., if you are now a Scout but receiving your Silver Award from Cubs, attend the Cub session).
- 📝 Registration is required in advance – no walk-ins on the day.
- ⏳ Deadline to register: 17th October 2025.
- 📋 Parents must book one young person per registration. Groups/Leaders cannot bulk book.
